Corned Beef Sliders with Black Walnut Balsamic & Caramelized Onion Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12-count)

  • 8 oz sliced provolone cheese

  • ¾ lb sliced corned beef

  • ½ cup caramelized onion jam

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp Olive & Vyne Black Walnut Balsamic

  • 2 tbsp Olive & Vyne EVOO

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp Starlight Herb & Garlic Dip Mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 13x9 baking dish.

  2. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in the baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, mix Dijon + 1 tbsp Black Walnut Balsamic until smooth. Spread over the roll bottoms.

  4. Layer half the provolone, then the corned beef, then the caramelized onion jam. Top with the remaining provolone and place the roll tops on.

  5. In another bowl, whisk together the EVOO, melted butter, 1 tbsp Black Walnut Balsamic, and Garlic + Herb Dip Mix. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.

  6. Cover with foil and bake 15–18 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes more, until the tops are golden.

  7. Slice into sliders and serve warm.
