Tuxedo Peppercorns

Tuxedo Peppercorns - Black and white like a tuxedo!  The crisp, sharp taste of fermented Brazilian black peppercorns and the more subtle flavor of ripe white peppercorns combine to create a complex and flavorful seasoning. In this case, the whole does truly exceed the sum of the parts!  Use crushed, ground, or whole in a cloth bag to flavor soup and stew.
