From Chateau l'Ermite D'Ausan, a Rhone Valley blend of 35% Mouvedre, 35% Syrah, 30% Grenache Noir.  Biodynamic and Organic,  layered with Pomegranate and Holiday cranberry and ripe cherry.  Try with anything roasted, game hens, duck, lamb shanks.
