Provencale Dijon Mustard

Edmond Fallot's Provencale Dijon Mustard combines the essential flavors of the Mediterranean:  tomatoes, red bell peppers, garlic and herbes de Provence  blended with the mustard of Burgundy.  Add a spoonful to farro, lentils , beans, or other grains as they simmer.  Also used to accompany lamb.
