A wine steep in the history of the Knights of Templar. A perfect blend of Cinsault, Grenache, and Tibouren (an ancient Roman grape). Single plot, produced exclusively from a parcel surrounded by a dry stone wall at the entrance to the estate. You can feel the history upon first sight of the vineyard. Matured in sandstone jars, no oak.
