Máté Mania Cabernet Sauvignon

Such a treat from Italy. Tastes of black currant, cassis,  & lavender. Approaching grippy tannins, but integrated so beautifully. Excellent paired with beef stroganoff. Drink now or cellar for another 5-10 years.
