L'Estornell Sherry Vinegar Reserva

Reserva Sherry Wine Vinegar is acetified from sherry wine made from choice Palomino Fino Grapes.  It is aged for a minimum of two years in a solera of 24 oak casks, where younger vinegars are blended with older vintages.  A total of 20 plus year is required ageing.  This sherry vinegar from Spain tastes of nuts and ripe fruit, delicately balanced by a tangy acidity.

Sprinkle on seafood for tapas, as in Spain.  Whisk with walnut oil as a dressing for greens, veggies, and grains.
