Fleur de Sel or "Flower of Salt" is the premier condiment salt. This gourmet sea salt is comprised of "young" crystals that form naturally on the surface of salt evaporation ponds. Produced in Guerande, France this salt has its own unique flavor and aroma, much like fine wine regions. Ideal for salads, cooked fresh vegetables and grilled meats.
