Fajita Spice Blend

This tasty Fajita mix can be sprinkled on meats or in sauces - an easy way to make a Tex-Mex favorite. For a marinade, mix with water and a little oil. For a sauce, add cornstarch to the marinade mix to thicken it. A squeeze of fresh lime juice brings the flavors alive. Paprika, onion, garlic, orange peel, a dash of sugar and spices.
