Donkey & Goat Twinkle Mourvedre

From the website: This vintage is a beautiful rendition of a chillable red, Twinkle made its debut in 2015, after a particularly light bodied Mourvèdre inspired its creation. 2023 is just as nervy and lively as the past seven vintages, with a little extra weight and earthiness. This wine has become a must-have by the pool and a go-to “porch pounder”. We always recommend drinking this beautiful wine around cellar temperature or 60F. Pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving. A pretty nose of crushed strawberries and raspberries laced with a sweet and spicy fringe of cola. This lighter red wine leads with flavor profiles of an unsweetened Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus tea), strawberries, watermelon rind, and a touch of underripe cherry. We can’t wait to pair this wine with PIZZA!!! topped with a creamy white sauce, spicy sausage, caramelized onions and mushrooms
