Burgundy & Chablis Wine Class

#3 in the French Series! We're exploring the regions of  Burgundy and Chablis and we just love these wines! Complex, layered, and just downright delicious - this is one of my favorite areas for Pinot Noir. And the Chardonnay will surprise you with crisp minerality and notes of orchard fruits. We'll have a small plate to pair with it. Mushroom Risotto and a side salad, cause mushrooms and Pinot are a beautiful match.
