August Forest Syrah

Figs, plums and dark fruits. Layers of leather, rye and fennel seed round out this full bodied Syrah.  Drink slow and let the layers unfold.  Partially foot stomped with the stems on. Tannins and prairie herbs. 

100% Syrah Single Vineyard Sourced from Eritage Vineyard. Aged for 17 months in neutral French oak barrels.
