Due to the freshness of our olive oil and balsamic vinegar, all orders are shipped via USPS "If it fits, it ships" 2-Day Priority. This is for our customers benefit to enjoy Olive and Vyne products and ensure lasting quality. We do not ship via Ground Services unless the customer specifically requests or we opt for Ground Service for large 'free shipping' bulk orders. "Free Shipping" offers are only valid for 1 destination.
All orders will be shipped from our Eagle Idaho location via USPS 2-Day Priority to residential addresses within the contiguous United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Should the package not arrive on time, we will do our very best to track the package and work with a USPS representative to locate package or provide explanation as to why the shipment is delayed. At this time, we do not ship Internationally.
Please allow 1 business day processing time for orders to be prepared for delivery plus the shipping carrier's standard delivery times. Should you wish to schedule your order for receipt on a specific date, please call us and we will work to accommodate any special requests.
If shipping to a third party as a gift item, please be sure to confirm in advance that the recipient will be available, whether home or office, to accept package in advance of ordering. Please double check shipping addresses. Should package be returned to Olive and Vyne for incorrect address provided on order form, we will contact you directly. You can (a) choose to resend package and absorb shipping fee to resend to correct recipient address or (b) request a refund for product purchased, minus original shipping fee.
