When we purchased Olive and Vyne in 2020, the shop focused solely on premium extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars. As lifelong food lovers—and with Greg’s expertise as a certified sommelier—it was only natural to expand our offerings to include a curated wine selection that reflects the traditions we cherish: quality, authenticity, and the pleasure of pairing food and wine.
Every product on our shelves is hand-selected, tasted, and chosen with care. From single-harvest oils and Modena balsamics to small-batch, old-world wines, we bring only what we’d proudly serve at our own table.
