Grapefruit slices, Mango chunks, cucumber slices, and avocado dressed in a easy oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. So easy and fresh, this is perfect as a salad for backyard BBQ parties.

Ingredients

1 Mango, peeled and sliced into large chunks

1 Grapefruit, peeled and sectioned

1 avocado
-
1/4 -1/3 of a English cucumber, thinly sliced

2 TBS Oregano Olive Oil

2 TBS Mango White Balsamic or 25 Star White Balsamic

Edible Dried Flowers for garnish
Directions
Place the mango chunks in a mixing bowl. Section grapefruit and cut each wedge in half, place in the bowl. Add the cucumber slices. Whisk the Oregano Olive oil and the Mango White Balsamic in a separate bowl until just combined. Pour over fruit and lightly stir to coat. Cut the avocado in half, deseed, and slice the fruit into small - medium sized chunks. Add to the mixing bowl and gently fold into the fruit mixture. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with the dried flowers and enjoy!
