• Handful of mixed greens

• 4 slices of pepperoni, quartered

• 4 slices of salami, quartered

• 1/4 C chickpeas, well rinsed and drained

• 4 Castleveltrano Olives, quartered lengthwise

• 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise

• 6 thin slices of cucumber, quartered

• 1-2 slices of provolone, cut into small strips/squares

• Forkful of Sumac Marinated Red Onions

Dressing

• 3 TBS EVOO

• 1 TBS 25 Star Dark Balsamic

• 1/2 tsp Starlight Zesty Italian Seasoning

• 1/2 tsp Honey & Balsamic Dijon Mustard
