Ingredients

2 English cucumbers

1/2 C Sour Cream or Dairy free alternative sour cream

1 tsp Dynamic Dill Dip

Fresh chopped dill for garnish

Freshly ground pepper to taste

Sumac onions for topping
Directions
Mix the Dynamic dill dip into the sour cream and let sit at least one hour up to overnight. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the cucumbers. Optional: salt the cuc’s and let drain for one to two hours. This will help the salad maintain consistency and not have the dressing get watered down and slide off the cuc’s. This step is not mandatory - cucumbers will stay crunchier without this step.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the sour cream mixture to the sliced cucumber and mix until cucumbers are covered. Place in serving bowl/plate. Sprinkle Sumac onions on top, freshly ground pepper and fresh chopped dill. Serve immediately and enjoy!
