Do you love bread but not quite sure how to make it? Well here's a delicious bread recipe that's great for beginners or just flat out bread lovers. So easy to make. Perfect for breakfast toast, or sopping up all those juices in your favorite soups/dinners.
No Knead Cheese Bread
Cheese, easy bread you're just gonna love. Best to make it right before bed and then just pop it in the oven firth thing. Hot delicious bread for breakfast! Bet it won't last in your household until dinnertime ;)
3 cups all purpose flour
½ tsp instant yeast
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ C Olive and Vyne EVOO (or try infused with Rosemary or Garlic!)
1 ¼ C lukewarm water
1 C shredded cheese of your choice
In a large bowl with a wooden spoon, combine flour, salt and yeast until mixed. Stir in water and olive oil until a thick dough forms. Gently stir in the cheese. Lumpy is okay! Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 12-18 hours at room temperature. Overnight is ideal! When you're ready to bake, preheat oven to 375º . Gently scrape the dough onto a floured surface – remember - no kneading! Gently shape it into a ball, set it on a piece of parchment, lift the dough and parchment together into a 7 qt dutch oven or cast iron pan. Bake covered for 30 minutes; remove the cover and bake another 15 minutes for a crispy golden brown.
