Artichoke & Garlic Breakfast Toast
Grilled or toasted bread, sliced avocado, eggs, a drizzle of Artichoke & Garlic, and a dash of salt & pepper make this an easy, quick go-to breakfast, or lunch for us late eaters.
1 Piece Multigrain Bread, or any bread of your choice
~1 TBL Artichoke & Garlic Olive Oil
1/2 an avocado
2 eggs cooked any way you prefer
Salt & Pepper to taste
Make your bread in your favorite fashion. If toasting, once out of the toaster, brush generously with Artichoke & Garlic Olive Oil. If grilling, generously brush each side with Artichoke & Garlic olive oil. Grill until each side is crunchy golden brown. Gently place toppings on bread. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and drizzle just a little more Artichoke & Garlic Oil on top. Enjoy immediately.
